*$45.00 Non Refundable Booking Fee is Required to BOOK and HOLD your Appointment Time. If there's a Cancellation or Reschedule, The $45 booking fee is non refundable. If you choose to reschedule another appointment, another $45 booking deposit will be needed.

*Important Note: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let our staff know at least 48 hours before your appointment. If your appointment is NOT Confirmed within 48 hours of your Appointment date, your Appointment will be automatically cancelled. Any appointments that are cancelled Same Day of treatment will be charged a $55 cancellation fee to the card on file.
